* Members must be adults 21 years of age or older.
* Members must ship to an address in a state that allows wine shipments from us. (see shipping FAQ)
* Members must have valid Visa, Amex or MasterCard on file to receive shipment.

While there is no cost to join, and no annual membership fee, your credit card will be charged upon joining, and you will be shipped the most recent Wine Club selection. Your credit card will also be charged for each subsequent club selection in advance of shipping your order. Our Wine Club staff may contact you if any additional information is needed to complete the membership.

Club Policies

-Club selections will be sent directly to your home or office twice a year in April and October.
-Each shipment will be charged to the credit card provided on your application 5-7 business days prior to the ship date.
-Club shipments require an adult signature at time of delivery. For this reason, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box and strongly recommend shipping to your work address, or Fed Ex Office if no one is available to sign at your home.
-Charges vary with each shipment depending on sales tax, shipping, and wine selection.
-Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled with a written notice. If your cancellation is within 10 days of a planned ship date, your final Club shipment will be charged and shipped as scheduled.
-It is your obligation to notify the wine club manager of any account changes before the beginning of a shipment month. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties may result in additional shipping charges.

-Skipped Club shipments may result in suspension or termination of member benefits.

Tasting Room Pick Up Customers

-Pick-up club members are notified one month in advance of each pick-up by email.
-Members must retrieve their Club wines within a month of release at the Ojai Vineyard Tasting Room.
-Club wines are charged one week before the pick-up period begins.
-Members should notify the tasting room, in advance, when friends or family are picking up for them.

-Club wines are carefully selected by our staff, if you would prefer to customize your selection we suggest you join the case a year club or the two case a year club—these clubs are fully customizable to your needs.

-Pick Up members must keep a current credit card and shipping address on file to remain eligible for Pick up.
-Club wines will be shipped to any member who is unable to retrieve their Club wines within the designated pick-up period. If we must ship, the credit card on file in your membership account will be charged for product, freight and applicable tax.
