Our tasting room is a beautifully unique and versatile space for private events. We have many wines available to pour, a highly trained staff, great relationships with caterers if needed, and a lot of equipment to make your party stand out.

Main Tasting Room Pricing

Business Hours Events 15-35 People: 

  • Option of:
    • Wine tasting lead by staff member $25 per person 
    • Wine by the bottle, minimum 1 case purchase 
  • Use of Garden Patio 
  • Weekday event fee: $150
  • Weekend event fee: $250 
  • 20% total bill gratuity 
  • Wine club receive 15% off tastings or wine poured  
  • Ability to bring in own catering 
  • Dedicated staff member 
  • 2 hour block reserved for specifically your group, 12pm or 3pm 

After Hour Events:

Groups of 15-34 People- Indoor & Front Patio

Rate: $1200 facility fee, plus tax,  one case of wine purchase minimum, 20% gratuity on total bill

Groups of 35-75 People- Indoor, Front Patio and Garden Patio 

Rate: $2400 facility fee, plus tax,  two cases of wine purchase minimum, 20% gratuity on total bill

Both tiers include the following:

  • 2 hours of event time with wines by the glass poured for your guests by Ojai Vineyard Staff
  • 1 hour prep time and breakdown for event in addition to event time
  • Multiple seating options offered:
    • If a seated dinner is desired, we can comfortably sit 40 indoors or 70 indoor/outdoor
    • If cocktail hour style is desired, we can accommodate 50 comfortably indoors, maximum of 75 guests indoor/outdoor
  • Ability to accommodate food trucks, caterer staging or other desired food options of your choice
  • Outside beers allowed with cooler and ice provided; service fee of $3/beer applies.
  • Well staffed bar: 1 staff member per 25 guests
  • Use Ojai Vineyard equipment
    • 5 – 8ft folding tables
    • 15 Bar Stools, 50 folding chairs
    • Folding bistro tables and chairs
    • 6 Trashcans
    • Use of front and back patios
    • Back patio bistro lighting

More Information:

  • Wine club members receive 15% off all wine purchased for event
  • Option to extend 2 hour event time by adding $300 per hour.
  • Ability to start your event earlier than normal tasting room business hours 12-5 PM:
    • Monday through Thursday- No Charge
    • Friday through Sunday- $500/hour fee

Credit card authorization required to book room and date, card on file will only be charged in event of a cancelation or no-show within one week of event date- 25% fee of total guest count rate.

Private Tasting Room Pricing

Groups of 7-14 people Private Tasting room

  • Ideal for groups over 8 people visiting the tasting room, 14 people maximum
  • Recently remodeled Private Room with air-conditioning and 14 barstools
  • Ability to bring in own catering
  • Dedicated staff member
  • 1.5-hour block reserved for specifically your group
  • Capability to charge group together or individually for tasting or purchases

Rate: $25 per person for Current Release Tasting Flight (four pours) plus tax & 20% gratuity on final bill.

  • We can also organize high-end tastings or wines by the glass – please inquire for pricing

Offsite Private Events

We will travel to where your event is being held and conduct wine tastings, food pairings, and other sommelier services

$150 an hour to pour and educate. Wine quoted at retail with quantity discounts.
10% off for guests for the purchase of any wines during special events.

Schedule asap as he is usually very busy. His base price is $500 and that covers 80 people. Ask for the al pastor tacos and the quesadillas (he can add mushroom, peppers, and onions for the vegetarians).
