Dear Wine Club Members,

We are continuing our exploration of Japanese cuisine with Jeri Oshima.
This next evening will be an all vegetarian Dinner made with locally sourced products and served with a selection of young and aged wines.

We would like to invite you in joining us for this wine club only event that will take place at the tasting room on Saturday May 2nd in Ojai from 6 to 9pm .

We can accommodate 30 guests only, so we encourage you to sign up right away if you would like to come.

The tentative menu will be:

first :

An assortment of vegetables pickled in different ways and
sushi rice seasoned with aromatic vegetables cooked in soy and honey
 
second :

Cold soba noodle salad with baby greens and spring vegetables

third :

Seared tofu, vegetables and japanese mushrooms braised in broth

fourth :

Matcha flavored sweets (Truffles & Cookies)
