It is time for us to celebrate the return of cold weather with hardy food
and powerful wines so join us for dinner at the tasting room Saturday December the 9th from 5 to 9 pm!
Chef Jeri Oshima will be presenting southwestern french cuisine that we’ll pair
with a selection of current releases and library bottles.
The tentative menu will be:
Rustic Bread, radishes, butter and charcuterie platters.
Cassoulet with beans,duck confit, pork shoulder and saucisse de Toulouse.
French potato salad with frisee, lardons, bitter greens served with ripe cheeses.
Saffron and cardamon poached pears with coulis and thick vanilla ice cream.
