No one seems to take rosé wines seriously, but I love them. Every bit of effort that goes into our other wines also goes into this wine. Although it is a lot of work to make a rosé right, I do it because there is nothing better in life than sitting down to a simple summer lunch accompanied by a cool glass of this pink nectar. Very limited.
